Service Description
LoveBoost Pro is a dating advice and profile optimization tool that provides:
AI-Powered Dating Advice: Personalized tips and strategies powered by artificial intelligence.
Profile Analysis: Optimization suggestions to improve your dating profile.
Ice Breakers: Conversation starters and communication tools.
Psychology Strategies: Evidence-based dating psychology and relationship insights.

User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Legitimate Use: Use the app for legitimate dating purposes only
Appropriate Content: Not share inappropriate or harmful content
Respect Privacy: Respect other users' privacy and boundaries
Ethical Use: Use advice responsibly and ethically.

Biometric Data and Face Analysis
Photo Optimizer Feature:
Local Processing Only: All photo analysis is performed locally on your device using advanced computer vision technology. No photos or facial data are transmitted to external servers.
No Data Storage: We do not store, collect, or retain any photos, facial images, or biometric data. All analysis is temporary and immediately discarded.
Analysis Purpose: Face analysis is used solely to provide photo optimization suggestions for dating profile enhancement. No facial recognition or biometric identification is performed.
User Consent: By using the Photo Optimizer feature, you consent to the local analysis of your photos for optimization purposes. You may decline this feature at any time.

Important Notice
⚠️ Important: This app processes biometric data (facial features) for photo optimization. All processing occurs locally on your device and no biometric data is stored or transmitted. By using this feature, you acknowledge and consent to this local biometric data processing.

Age Requirements
This app is intended for users 18 years and older. By using this app, you confirm that you are of legal age to use dating services in your jurisdiction.
Age Verification: You must be at least 18 years old to use LoveBoost Pro.
Legal Compliance: You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding dating services.

Limitation of Liability
LoveBoost Pro provides advice and suggestions only. We are not responsible for the outcomes of your dating experiences or relationships.

Subscription Terms
Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Apple App Store: All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store billing system.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription through Apple.
Refunds: Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store support. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to Apple's policies and our terms of service.
No Refunds for Successful Use: Refunds will not be provided if you have successfully used the app's features, found matches, or achieved your dating goals through our services.

Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use LoveBoost Pro for:
Illegal Activities: Any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Harassment: Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward other users.
Spam or Scams: Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
Inappropriate Content: Sharing explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Commercial Use: Using the app for commercial purposes without permission.

Warranty Disclaimer
LoveBoost Pro is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind:
No Guarantees: We make no guarantees about dating success, matches, or relationship outcomes.
No Warranties: No express or implied warranties about app functionality or results.
Use at Your Risk: You use the app and its advice at your own risk and discretion.
No Professional Advice: Our advice is not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 8-Bit Solutions LLC from any claims arising from your use of the app.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for your actions and decisions based on app advice.
Company Protection: You will not hold us liable for any negative outcomes from using our services.
Legal Costs: You agree to cover our legal costs if you file claims against us.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada:
Ontario Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
Dispute Resolution: Contact sendlove@loveboost.pro before filing any legal action.
